Lizabeth H. Zlatkus is a member of the Board of Directors of Pathward Financial and Pathward, N.A. From 1983 until her retirement in 2011, Zlatkus held various executive positions at the Hartford Financial Services Group, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer. She was also president of two significant divisions at the Hartford, as well as Co-President of The Hartford Life Insurance Companies. Zlatkus currently sits on the Board of Directors of Axis Capital Holdings, Limited, where she is a member of the Finance and Executive Committees, and chair of the Audit Committee. Her extensive experience also includes time on four other public company boards. Zlatkus graduated with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University in 1981 with a B.S. in Accounting.
